Rug Doctor does not warrant individual machine parts for consumer or commercial purchase. All individual parts of the machine are not covered by warranty. This warranty does not provide for a refund of the purchase price. Rug Doctor products are recommended for optimal performance and cleaning. Rental use of the machine will void the warranty and is prohibited under federal law (see “UNAUTHORIZED USE” statement below). Rug Doctor is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase/use of your machine. Under no circumstances will Rug Doctor’s liability exceed the purchase price of the machine.
